You have the right to return or exchange your product within 30 days of delivery.
A returned product must be:
-eligible for resale and
all tags must be attached to the product.
Underwear, swimwear, and other hygiene products do not have return or exchange rights, even if unused.
If you return your product to us directlyat either our office at Askonkatu or to Cocoonhouse, you will receive a small gift card from us.

Make sure to hold on to your return receipt. We will refund you once we have received your returned item(s). Your refund will be processed within two weeks of receiving your returned item.
For international refunds in Europe, we will subtract €19,99 of return costs.
For international refunds in the United States or Canada, we will subtract €24,99 of return costs.
For international refunds Rest of the world, we will subtract €29,90 of return costs.
If you have paid through Paytrail, make sure to check your email (all folders, promo/junk mail) as they will send you an email that you must reply to with your account number in order to receive your refund.

International orderswill receive a return sticker with their order, so make sure you hold onto it when you receive your package in case you need to return/exchange a product!
When exchanging a product for another similar product or a gift card you will not incur any additional fees. If you want to change your product to another product or different size, please contact us so we can reserve this product for you. When changing a product for another product of a different price you will be either reimbursed or charged separately. We will ship your exchanged product to you once the original product you ordered from us arrives back to us.
Returning products bought during a special sale, for example from a buy 2 get 3 products sale means that the customer has broken the conditions to the offer, and their discount will be canceled. A customer is allowed to exchange a product (s) brought during this campaign, meaning the offer is still intact. In this case, the bill will get updated, and should the total amount billed be different from the original bill, the customer will be billed/refunded accordingly.
Not picking up your order is not seen as canceling your order. You will be charged a fee of €10 for not picking up your order.
